Zaytuneh was inspired by the founder’s mother, whose last name, Zaytoun, carries a deep connection to the olive groves of Hebron, Palestine. But this brand is not only about a name. It is about what that name holds: love, lineage, belonging, and the feeling of home that stays with you no matter how far life takes you.

For many Palestinians, home is not just a house or a city. Home is the place we remember through the voices of our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. It lives in the stories told around us, in old photographs, in familiar foods, in the language we grew up hearing, and in the memories tied to people we love. Even when a place is far, its presence remains close.

Born from the separate histories of both sides of the family, displaced from Lod and Hebron and later finding refuge in Jordan, Zaytuneh carries the weight and beauty of remembrance. It reflects the ache of what was lost, but also the pride of what was never erased. What was passed down did not disappear. It lived on in memory, in values, in faith, in resilience, and in the deep desire to stay connected to where we come from.
