Because some Zaytuneh items are in stock while others may be made to order or restocked as needed, delivery times can vary slightly depending on what you order. This page is here to help you understand how shipping works, what to expect after placing an order, and where to go if you need help.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
During busy periods, launches, holidays, or higher order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If your order includes an item that is made to order, on backorder, or requires additional production time, your order may take longer to ship.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer standard flat rate shipping across the United States.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $80.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Delivery Timeframes
After your order has been processed, standard delivery usually takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery time includes processing time + carrier transit time.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Made-to-Order & Backorder Items
Some items may be available for purchase even when they are not currently on the shelf.
If an item is marked as available on backorder or made to order if out of stock, please allow additional time for production before shipment. We do this so we can continue offering select pieces without treating them as limited only to what is currently on hand.
If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order or backorder items, your shipment timing may be based on the item that takes the longest to prepare unless otherwise noted.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow a little time for tracking to update after the label is created. In some cases, tracking may not update until the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Zaytuneh is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted at the time of purchase. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Delays
We do our best to ship orders in a timely and reliable manner, but some delays are outside of our control.
Carrier delays, weather disruptions, holiday volume, and other shipping issues may affect final delivery timing. We appreciate your patience and understanding if that happens.
Lost, Delayed, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be found, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help you review the issue.
In some cases, we may ask you to:
- confirm your shipping address
- check with household members or neighbors
- wait a short period in case the package arrives shortly after being marked delivered
- contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
My tracking says delivered, but I do not see my package. What should I do?
Please check around your delivery area, with neighbors, or with others in your household first. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we will help review the issue.
Do you ship made-to-order items differently?
Made-to-order or backorder items may require additional production time before shipment. If your order includes one of these items, processing may take longer than usual.
Do you ship internationally?
